No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Personal preference
• Size or style preference

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Bellasarabags@gmail.com.

Include your:

• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution where applicable.

Natural Variations

Each Bellasara bag is made with real, natural shells. Variations in color, shape, texture, and pattern are a natural characteristic of the materials and are not considered defects.
